WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Mad Jack's Haunted House is located at 114 N. Washington St. in historic and mostly haunted downtown Ardmore, OK.
Please enter the ticketing tent from 2nd Avenue NE to get your wristband.
WHERE IS PARKING?
Public parking is available throughout downtown Ardmore area and within minutes of Mad Jack's Haunted House.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
We are open select Friday and Saturday nights 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., October 6 - November 4, 2023

HOW MUCH IS THE TICKET PRICE?
General Admission starts at $25 per person plus sales tax and fees. Check out all ticketing options here.

WHERE CAN I BUY MY TICKET?
Online. We recommend buying your tickets early and online as there are a limited number of tickets sold.
Box Office. You may also buy your tickets the night you plan to attend starting at 6:30 p.m. at our ticketing tent
located at 12 2nd Avenue NE.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Nope. If you get scared prior to entering or during the haunt, just suck it up buttercup!

IS MAD JACK'S HAUNTED HOUSE SCARY?
The Mad Jack family has been scaring the unsuspecting for years so it’s safe to say if you have any fears, they’ll be covered here. WARNING, YOU ARE ENTERING AT YOUR OWN RISK! If you have a heart condition, suffer from vertigo or a history of seizures, we don’t recommend going through.

IS MAD JACK'S HAUNTED HOUSE A TOUCH HAUNT?
Maybe just a little - our characters like to get up and personal, from time to time. Sorry if that makes you feel uncomfortable.

AM I ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE ACTORS?
Don’t even think about it. WE WILL BE WATCHING YOU! Mad Jack's Haunted House has both security and scarecam cameras throughout the haunt.

ARE BAGS AND BACKPACKS ALLOWED?
No. Please leave your bags in the car or at home. Only small, clear clutch purse is permitted.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEOS? WHAT ABOUT SELFIES?
Pictures and selfies are allowed with our well-behaved characters OUTSIDE. Once inside the haunt, you will not be allowed
o take pictures or videos. Our creatures don’t like flash photography or videos – some are shy, while others will likely
tear your face off.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT?
Well, this IS a scary haunted house for mature audiences. Kids 13 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult.

WHAT IF I'M PREGNANT?
Congratulations on your little pumpkin! If you are pregnant, it is not recommended going through the haunt. Enter with CAUTION and AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please consult with your doctor first.

IS SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED? WHAT ABOUT OTHER QUESTIONABLE ITEMS?
No. No smoking. No vaping. Seriously, no pets. Definitely, no weapons. No alcoholic beverages. No cameras or video – you get the picture! No laser pointers or flashlights! No food or beverages! Be smart.

WHERE ARE THE BATHROOMS LOCATED?
There will be a lovely collection of port-a-potties located on the grounds near the ticketing tent for your use including one wheelchair accessible.

IS MAD JACK'S HAUNTED HOUSE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, 13,000+ square feet of fun for everyone! Mad Jack’s Haunted House is ADA compliant and offers a wheelchair lift to deliver you to Mad Jack Butcher entire cast of Twisted Outcasts – you’re welcome!

CAN I BE REFUSED ENTRY INTO MAD JACK'S HAUNTED HOUSE?
Yes, Mad Jack’s Haunted House reserves the right to refuse entry. We suggest you behave yourselves.

WILL YOU OPEN THE HAUNT IF IT'S RAINING?
Yes, a little rain should be the least of your worries here.

CAN I WEAR MY FAVORITE HALLOWEEN COSTUME?
Yes, just not a full face mask. We need to tell the difference between our monsters and yours.

DO I NEED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING?
Mad Jack’s Haunted House is a privately owned and operated company in the state of Oklahoma. The state of Oklahoma does not currently maintain a mask mandate, but you’re welcome to wear a face covering.
