Throughout your visit, you’ll be entertained by in-line performances and might even cross paths with some of your favorite Twisted Outcasts, like Dex Smirkwood, Lucy Sparks, and our tiniest witch, ready to help you select your perfect level of scare.

Going through the haunt takes a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes, but don’t be surprised if it takes a bit longer!

We offer three types of tickets: 1. **No Contact**: Experience the haunt from a safe distance. Navigate through eerie scenes without being touched, though you might feel some bumps in the night. 2. **Light Contact**: Enjoy a touch of terror with controlled encounters from our actors, keeping you on edge. 3. **Full Contact**: Dive into the heart of horror with up-close encounters designed to push your limits. This option is intense but not extreme, ensuring a fun and exciting experience.

No, you won’t have to worry about extreme actions like getting hurt, having your head shaved, or being forced to eat anything gross at Mad Jack’s Haunted House. While Mad Jack’s Full Contact Fear experience is designed to be scary and intense, it’s all about having fun. This is not an extreme haunt. Rest assured, our actors are highly trained professionals who know how to deliver scares in a safe and controlled environment. They’re skilled in maintaining the thrill while ensuring your safety is always the top priority. If at any point during your Full Contact experience it gets to be too much, simply remove your red necklace or say the safe word, "apples," and you can continue through the haunt as a regular guest. This way, you can enjoy the rest of your visit at a level of intensity that’s comfortable for you. We want you to have an unforgettable experience that’s exciting and fun—not one that causes real harm or discomfort.​​

Mad Jack's Haunted House is located at 114 N. Washington St. in historic and mostly haunted downtown Ardmore, OK. Please enter the ticketing tent from 2nd Avenue NE to get your wristband.

Public parking is available throughout downtown Ardmore area and within minutes of Mad Jack's Haunted House.

Mad Jack's Haunted House is designed to be terrifying. If you have any fears, expect them to be uncovered here. WARNING: Enter at your own risk! If you have a heart condition, vertigo, a history of seizures, or sensitivities to fog or strobe lights, we strongly advise against entering.

Don’t even think about it. WE’RE WATCHING YOU! Mad Jack's Haunted House is equipped with both security and scare-cam cameras throughout the haunt. Please keep your hands to yourself.

No, bags and backpacks are not allowed. Please leave them in your car or at home, as we cannot store personal belongings.

Pictures and selfies are allowed with our well-behaved characters OUTSIDE only. Once inside the haunt, you will not be allowed to take pictures or videos. Our creatures don’t like flash photography or videos – some are shy, while others will likely tear your face off.

Congratulations on your little pumpkin! If you’re expecting, we recommend you proceed with caution. It’s best to consult with your doctor before entering the haunt, and remember, it’s at your own risk. Please note that pregnant guests are not permitted to experience the Light or Full Contact options for safety reasons.

No. No smoking. No vaping. Seriously, no pets. Definitely, no weapons. No alcoholic beverages. No cameras or video – you get the picture! No laser pointers or flashlights! No food or beverages! Be smart.

No, weapons are strictly prohibited on the property and inside the haunt. For the safety of all our guests and staff, we do not allow any kind of weapons, including but not limited to firearms, knives, or any other dangerous items.

Please leave any such items at home or secured in your vehicle, as they are not permitted in any area of Mad Jack’s Haunted House. Our security team will be conducting checks to ensure everyone’s safety.

There will be a lovely collection of port-a-potties located on the grounds near the ticketing tent for your use.

Absolutely! Mad Jack’s Haunted House spans over 13,000 square feet of thrills, and it’s ADA compliant. We offer a wheelchair lift to ensure everyone can meet Mad Jack Butcher and his entire cast of Twisted Outcasts.
