Going through the haunt takes a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes, but don’t be surprised if it takes a bit longer!

Choose from three thrilling ticket options: 1. **No Contact**: Safely navigate eerie scenes without being touched—though the chills might still find you. 2. **Light Contact**: Feel the thrill with controlled encounters that keep you on edge. 3. **Full Contact**: Immerse yourself in the ultimate horror with up-close, heart-pounding encounters. It’s intense but always fun and safe!

Mad Jack’s Full Contact experience is designed to thrill, not harm. You won’t face extreme actions like head shaving or eating anything unpleasant. Our highly trained actors ensure scares are intense yet safe, keeping the fun alive. If it gets too much, just remove your red necklace or say the safe word, "apples," to switch to a regular experience. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities—get ready for an unforgettable, heart-pounding adventure!

Mad Jack's Haunted House is located at 114 N. Washington St. in historic and mostly haunted downtown Ardmore, OK. Please enter the ticketing tent from 2nd Avenue NE to get your wristband.

Public parking is available throughout downtown Ardmore area and within minutes of Mad Jack's Haunted House.

No, bags and backpacks are not allowed. Please leave them in your car or at home, as we cannot store personal belongings.

Pictures and selfies are allowed with our well-behaved characters OUTSIDE only. Once inside the haunt, you will not be allowed to take pictures or videos. Our creatures don’t like flash photography or videos – some are shy, while others will likely tear your face off.

It’s best to consult with your doctor before entering the haunt, and remember, it’s at your own risk. Please note that pregnant guests are not permitted to experience the Light or Full Contact options for safety reasons.

No, weapons are strictly prohibited on the property and inside the haunt. For the safety of all our guests and staff, we do not allow any kind of weapons, including but not limited to firearms, knives, or any other dangerous items. Please leave any such items at home or secured in your vehicle, as they are not permitted in any area of Mad Jack’s Haunted House. Our security team will be conducting checks to ensure everyone’s safety.

There will be a lovely collection of port-a-potties located on the grounds near the ticketing tent for your use.
